- How much is delivery?
Please note, due to UK firework regulations on the transportation of hazardous goods, our carriage costs carry a slight premium. We have absorbed the majority of the costs ourselves. We have a fixed delivery charge dependant on the quantity of products ordered. They are listed below excluding VAT.
1. Customer collection – No Charge
2. UK Orders (Excludes Ireland) - From £7.00
3. London Same-Day Orders - From £15.00
4. UK Same-Day Orders (Excludes Ireland) - From £50.00
Please make sure you are available to take delivery or the couriers will charge an additional delivery charge for re-delivery which we will have to debit from your card. Please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to avoid this extra charge.

- How long will it take to receive my delivery?
This will depend on what delivery charge you wish to pay for. We offer same day, next day and also a 3-4 day service. Prices will fall as you extend the delivery schedule.

- How safe are your Ice Fountains?
We believe safety to be of the utmost importance. All our fountains conform to British Safety Standards & European Regulations – EN14035-15. They can be used indoors, as confirmed by Trading Standards and the Health & Safety Executive (HSE).

- Will you provide safety instruction?
Yes, as a company safety is of utmost importance. We send out a safety sheet with every order. Safety comes first!
